These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Sundial Chrome Extension and related services (“Services”) provided by Sundial Scheduling, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sundial”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing and using the Sundial Chrome Extension or accessing our Services, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Sundial extension or services.
Sundial is a Chrome extension that enhances the functionality of Google Calendar by providing features that make the scheduling process more efficient.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
To use Sundial, you may be required to provide User Identifiers such as, Chrome user email address, Chrome ID, Google Calendar email address, Google Calendar first name and last name and Google Calendar locale (“User Identifiers”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Identifiers and all activity that occurs under your user account.
User Types:
Individual Users: An “Individual User” is any person subscribing to or using the free or paid plans for a single seat.
Business Customers: A “Business Customer” is any organization, company, or entity that purchases multiple seats or subscribes to the Enterprise plan. By purchasing multiple seats or enrolling in an Enterprise plan, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and ensure its authorized users comply with them.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a Business Customer, your organization is responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms. Sundial is not liable for any misuse of accounts by your organization’s users, and you agree to take appropriate steps to manage access to your accounts.
Sundial offers both free and paid subscription plans, available to Individual Users and Business Customers. For detailed information about available plans, please refer to our pricing page at https://trysundial.ai/pricing.
Automatic Renewals If you purchase a paid subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. Individual Users and Business Customers may request cancellations, plan changes, or adjustments by contacting ryland@trysundial.ai.
For monthly subscriptions: Cancellation requests must be made at least one (1) business day before the renewal date.
For annual subscriptions: Cancellation requests must be made at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

If you are a Business Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these Terms. Misuse of the Services by any authorized user of your organization may result in suspension or termination of your organization’s access.
We collect data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://trysundial.ai/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect the following data from users:
Before Authentication: Your User Identifiers to identify users.
During Usage: Information regarding your use of the Sundial extension, such as feature usage and frequency. This data is used solely to improve your experience with Sundial and enhance the performance of the extension.
Data Storage: We only store your User Identifiers and usage-related events. Your data is never shared with third parties unless explicitly required for the functionality of our Services. Your data is never sold.
Business and Enterprise Data: If you are using the Services as a Business Customer, your organization’s designated administrator(s) may manage access to certain usage data generated by its authorized users. Sundial does not claim ownership over any event data processed via its Services but may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve functionality and user experience.
Data Deletion: If your organization terminates its subscription, you may request deletion of associated user data by contacting us at ryland@trysundial.ai. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or compliance.
Sundial integrates with third-party services. You agree that your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Sundial retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that could damage the Services or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Services and uninstalling the extension.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Sundial does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services, including any AI-generated information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sundial will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sundial, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
For Individual Users: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Sundial at support@trysundial.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
For Business Customers (Including Enterprise Plans):
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and resolved under the laws of the State of Delaware, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. However, we will make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before either party takes legal action. Your organization waives any right to participate in class-action claims against Sundial, but this does not prevent negotiation of reasonable settlement terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Assignment by Sundial
These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may be transferred or assigned by Sundial without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other change of control. By continuing to use the Services following any such transfer or assignment, you agree to be bound by the successor entity and these Terms as so assigned or transferred.
Assignment by You You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. However, if you are a business customer with an active subscription, you may transfer your rights to a successor entity, subsidiary, or employee within your organization, provided that you notify Sundial in writing. Any other attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
